My deceased father was chasing me in my dreams and trying to kill me
Dreams about being chased often symbolize a feeling of being pursued, threatened, or overwhelmed by a particular situation or emotion in your waking life. Since it was your deceased father who was chasing you, it could suggest unresolved emotions or unfinished business with your dad that you haven't faced yet.
Alternatively, since your father was trying to kill you in the dream, it may indicate some aspects of yourself or your past that you need to let go of. It could also represent certain negative behaviors or patterns that your father exhibited, which you don't want to repeat.
Overall, the dream might be prompting you to examine your relationship with your father and your own identity, helping you recognize areas where you can grow and let go of negative patterns or behaviors.
